The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 500 pouches. Leading the way in short-run, digitally printed pouches, Flexi Pouches are aimed at creating high-quality products, in small quantities.

As manufacturers we are able to offer competitive pricing as the number of pouches increases within an order. If you are after a comparative quote to see where our prices sit at different quantities, let our team know at the quoting stage and we can advise.

When requesting a quote from us, please let us know how many designs you are looking to order. If you have artwork ready at quoting stage, the team can ensure the correct pricing.

Every order placed with us will be allocated a unique order reference. Get in touch with the team and let us know the details from your last order to replicate.

We are currently not offering credit terms.

All our pouches have been constructed to ensure they are food safe compliant.

If you are looking for recyclable materials as a USP for your packaging, please let the team know. Certain constructions are not widely recognised as recyclable, and so if this is important to you, it will ensure the right material is chosen for your pouch construction.

We can manufacture our pouches with Matt Lamination, Gloss Lamination or Soft Touch. Each lamination serves a different purpose. Order a sample pack today to see what you prefer.

Yes! Our team is more than happy to help. From starting from scratch, to supplying templates ready for print, drop us an email and we will be more than happy to help.

For colour matching enquiries, please send a physical sample by post to us at Flexi Pouches, Units 7 - 10 Newark East, Newark Road, Fengate, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE1 5WJ. We print digitally and can achieve up to a 90% colour match.

All products are manufactured to order. Our standard manufacturing lead time is 7-10 working days. Once completed, your order will be dispatched and an email containing tracking details will be sent to the email on the order. Items are sent with either DPD or Parcel Force / Royal Mail.

Please note, our working days are Monday - Thursday and will not include Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. We also do not operate on bank holidays or across our Christmas Shutdown period. Delivery lead times are a guideline for most UK mainland deliveries. Certain postcodes and overseas delivery lead times may differ.

For all printed items, we add a 1-2 working day proofing lead time to check your artwork and send across digital proofs for approval. For the proofing lead time to begin, we must have your artwork and payment in full before our design team can begin working on your order. If you are not happy with your first proof, changes can be made and you can have up to 3 versions for free. After this, further payment will be required. Proofs must be approved before the delivery lead times can begin.

For printed items, our standard delivery service is available. Manufacturing of your order will not begin until the proof has been approved and the order has been paid.
