Artwork Guidance
All orders will require proofing prior to manufacturing. This helps us to confirm all the product requirements and design look and copy is correct before sending the order to press.
Sachets provide a compact flexible packaging format designed for smaller quantities, samples and single-use applications. Sealed on two sides, their lightweight construction makes them well suited to portioned products including powders, granules, confectionery and health & beauty samples.

Approximate Fill Guide: Fill weights are provided as a guide only and do not represent a guaranteed capacity. The amount each pouch can hold will vary depending on the density, shape and characteristics of your product. Material construction and barrier requirements should also be considered when selecting your packaging. We recommend testing your product with samples before ordering.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
All our pouches start from 500 units, plain or fully printed. Digital printing needs no plates, so short runs cost the same per pouch to set up as repeat orders.
What is the process if I want custom printed pouches?
Request your quote using the form above. Once agreed, send us your artwork - we add a 1-2 working day proofing lead time to check it and send across digital proofs for approval. Manufacturing starts once your proof is approved.
Can you help me with the design of my packaging?
Yes - our design team can help. Get in touch on info@flexipouches.co.uk with your ideas, sketches or existing brand assets and we will talk you through the options.

Plain Products
Standard Delivery
7-10 Working Days
All products are manufactured to order. Our standard manufacturing lead time is 7-10 working days. Once completed, your order will be dispatched and an email containing tracking details will be sent to the email on the order. Items are sent with either DPD or Parcel Force / Royal Mail.
Please note, our working days are Monday - Thursday and will not include Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. We also do not operate on bank holidays or across our Christmas Shutdown period.
Delivery lead times are a guideline for most UK mainland deliveries. Certain postcodes and overseas delivery lead times may differ.
Printed Products
Proof Lead Time
1-2 Working Days
For all printed items, we add a 1-2 working day proofing lead time to check your artwork and send across digital proofs for approval.
For the proofing lead time to begin, we must have your artwork and payment in full before our design team can begin working on your order. If you are not happy with your first proof, changes can be made and you can have up to 3 versions for free. After this, further payment will be required.
Proofs must be approved before the delivery lead times can begin.
Standard Delivery
7-10 Working Days
For printed items, our standard delivery service is available. Manufacturing of your order will not begin until the proof has been approved and the order has been paid.
